JEANNINE KOFFORD, MD

Dr. Kofford is the founder and owner of Riviera Laser Studios in Dana Point. She’s been in practice for 21 years, specializing in nonsurgical facial aesthetics. Her beautiful, new office with modern and spacious treatment rooms, is located on the southwest corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Golden Lantern. Patients are treated to complimentary coffee and beverages and a personalized consultation, utilizing imaging, with office manager Cher and Dr. Kofford.

Patients are put at ease with Dr. Kofford’s easygoing manner and high experience level. Dr. Kofford has shared her expertise with many other providers over the years as a speaker and trainer, helping other doctors and nurses to learn and master the art and science of nonsurgical aesthetics. She has hosted countless training seminars for products such as Bellafill, Sculptra, the Restylane line, Dysport and Revanesse Versa.

Dr. Kofford’s passion lies with providing long lasting biostimulants Bellafill and Sculptra, as well as laser treatments for facial wrinkles and scar revision. Biostimulants differ from traditional fillers as they stimulate your own Type I collagen. As patients age, they lose 1% of their dermal collagen per year. Biostimulatory fillers also require a higher level of expertise to inject properly because they last much longer than traditional fillers. Rewards are also high because your beautiful look is maintained long-term.

Dr. Kofford offers many other products and services to maintain your skin’s health. Lasers are used to reduce veins, rosacea, acne, and dyschromia (sunspots) with low to no downtime. She also offers quick and expert Botox/Dysport at competitive prices ($11 per unit of Botox/$10 per 3 units of Dysport) for forehead lines, crow’s feet, mouth frown, lip flip, golf ball chin, neck bands and hyperhidrosis (excess sweating).
