Paloma Medical Group is pleased to welcome Dr. Mahsa Safavi, a board-certified family medicine physician, to its growing primary care team. Dr. Safavi will join Dr. Haleh Khoshreza at Paloma’s San Juan Capistrano office, expanding access to comprehensive, personalized primary care for adults.

WELCOME, DR. MAHSA SAFAVI
Dr. Safavi is dedicated to providing compassionate care built around each patient as an individual. She believes exceptional primary care begins with listening, developing long-term relationships and creating evidence-based care plans tailored to each patient’s health needs and goals.

Her clinical interests include preventive care and wellness, chronic disease management, cardiovascular risk reduction and weight management. She also treats diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and common acute medical concerns. She provides adult and geriatric care.

Dr. Safavi earned her medical degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences and completed her family medicine residency at the University of Toronto, where she also completed fellowship training in breast diseases. Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, she speaks both English and Persian.

Dr. Safavi joins Paloma’s growing team of primary care physicians, including Drs. Mark Foster, Joseph Daigneault, Brian Henry and Mark Shields, along with Dr. Khoshreza. Together, Paloma’s primary care physicians provide preventive care, annual wellness visits and management of acute and chronic conditions, with an emphasis on building lasting patient relationships.

For those seeking enhanced access and personalized attention, Paloma also offers concierge medicine with Drs. Dindot, Fang and Ahearn, including direct physician access, same-day or next-day appointments, longer visits and customized care.
