A FOUNDATION OF EXCELLENCE
Dr. Hawkley earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, where he was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society. Upon graduation, he was also recognized by the American College of Dentists for his potential for future contributions and service to the
profession.

Following dental school, Dr. Hawkley began his career with the U.S. Air Force, completing advanced education in general dentistry before serving as a general dentist. He later returned to USC for three years of specialty training in orthodontics, then served as an Air Force orthodontist before establishing Hawkley Orthodontics.

For Dr. Hawkley, successful orthodontic treatment begins with understanding the individual behind the smile. Each treatment plan is customized around the patient’s needs, lifestyle and goals, whether it’s a child beginning orthodontic care, a teenager getting braces or an adult pursuing the smile they’ve always wanted.

The practice offers Invisalign clear aligners, traditional and ceramic braces and contemporary orthodontic technology. For patients with complex jaw alignment concerns, Dr. Hawkley also works with oral and maxillofacial surgeons when surgical treatment is appropriate.
