With over 23 years practicing in the health and wellness industry, Dr. Cynthia Costa has become recognized by her patients and community as a trusted source for natural based protocols that support any health challenge. Costa Lifestyle Medicine is a complete holistic wellness center dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to the community. Its mission is to empower patients to own and manage their health through corrective chiropractic care and lifestyle services. Dr. Costa offers gentle chiropractic care combined with soft tissue muscle techniques to support many neuromuscular conditions. Her patients appreciate her clear ability to give them an accurate diagnosis and a unique treatment plan that focuses on long-term solutions, not just temporary relief. Dr. Costa integrates biochemical functional medicine principles to look at the whole health of her patients. Applying these principles helps patients that have suffered from autoimmune illness, gastrointestinal disorders, weight management problems, chronic fatigue and inflammation.

Dr. Costa enjoys seeing patients of all ages, but especially welcomes children in her practice as she has her FICPA certification making her an expert in prenatal, postnatal and pediatric care. She is dedicated to providing the tools, resources and support that parents need in creating a healthy life for their child.
